September seems to be the month for surprise parties!
Last weekend Moodies provided the marquee and the food for a Mexican-themed party:
The menu, selected by our clients, was:
Chilli con carne
Three bean chilli with ancho and chipotle chillies
Chargrilled breast of chicken marinated in lemon juice
Selection of Mexican accompaniments:
Rice, refried beans, guacamole, tomato salsas, tortilla chips, Monterey Jack cheese, hot chilli sauces
We even helped our clients to find a traditional mariachi band to provide the music!
A fantastic time was had by all:
